Fastpitch Now, Inc.® will conduct an instructional clinic to benefit your players. Our philosophy of instruction is to improve each player’s
performance in softball skills through a systematic approach of progressive training. To reach our goals we utilize a training protocol that
includes player skill assessment, fundamentally sound drills, instructional skills, competitive fun, progressive development, and
homework. In order to be successful, the players AND parent/coaches must learn the skills and drills that lead to successful
performance. They must also learn to identify that skills contain various levels of performance when executed. As the player or team
improves and understands the skill, a more challenging element must be added to increase player performance to a higher level.
Therefore, improvement only occurs by identifying a player’s skill level and working to improve that level through fundamentally sound
drills. Players continue to improve when they are progressively challenged.
The clinic will provide a knowledge base for coaches and parents to successfully develop practice plans for their team in hitting, fielding,
base running and game strategy. We will educate the parent/ coaches in practice planning and organization. They will actively participate
in conducting the drills that make teams successful. The players will improve through progressive training with the assistance of their
parent/coach. As a result, the whole league benefits.
