The pitcher will learn how to pitch properly in a game. We focus on maintaining composure under stress, setting up batters, and game
strategy skills that produce outs. Training Class size LIMITED to 4 participants per class and Walk-in's not permitted for this clinic.
Experienced Advanced: Two or more years of windmill experience. Pitcher can throw a fastball 53 MPH+ with change ups at least 10
mph slower than fastballs and at least one "movement" pitch in their repertoire with 70% of pitches thrown for strikes.
Experienced Intermediate: One or more years of windmill experience. Pitcher can throw 45 - 53 MPH fastballs and a change up for
strikes over 50% of pitches thrown. The Intermediate pitcher is looking to improve speed, improve the change up and possibly add a
new "movement" pitch. This clinic is for you!
Advanced Beginner: One year or less of pitching instruction. Pitcher has basic knowledge of windmill mechanics, but throws strikes
inconsistently (less than 50% of pitches thrown for strikes).
Beginner: No windmill experience or less than one year of pitching windmill style.

What you need in order to participate:

1. Three Season Training: Fastpitch Now, Inc. pitchers follow a three season training program. The
Off-Season, Pre-Season and In-Season training plans differ in focus to maximize annual performance.
2. Private Training: From the novice beginner to the most experienced collegiate pitcher, we are prepared
to evaluate your skill set, and design an individualized training program to improve pitching performance. Te
private training appointments are scheduled weekly with your own dedicated time slot. All appointments are
based upon availability.
