At New York Institute of Technology, Annel was a 4-year starter with a
career high batting average of .330. Annel Sanchez was the first person
in her four years to pitch and win against nationally ranked Adelphi
University.

She graduated in May 2008 receiving a BA in Business
Administration/Marketing and will be attending Hofstra in the fall to
continue her educational journey.
